AX126B　Battery　디지탈 mΩ미터는

기전력을 가지는 전지, 배터리등의 내부 저항을 고속으로 측정합니다.

또, 열기전력의 영향을 받지 않기 때문에, 릴레이, 스윗치, 연결기등의

접촉 저항의 측정도 가능합니다.

전기 이중층 콘덴서등의 대용량 캐패시터의 내부 저항 측정

(1 kHz에 있어서의 E, S, R측정)에도 적합합니다.

그 외, 컨택트·체크 기능을 표준으로 장비하고 있기 때문에, 4 단자 측정시에

측정 입력의 어떤 것이나 1개에서도 접촉 불량이 발생하면, 컨택트·에러

신호를 출력 하겠습니다.
